Dr. Johnick van Sprang

Johnick is the Application Specialist – Micro Tissues of ReGEN Biomedical. His responsibilities include running and optimizing stem cell expansion and differentiation protocols to produce research- and clinical grade microtissues for commercial production. Before working at ReGEN Biomedical, he acquired his doctorate in the field of biomaterials at the Eindhoven university of Technology. During this period he researched material solutions for up-scaling of stem cell production and maturation of renal microtissues. Johnick is a positive-spirited person with a passion for stem cell technology and its promise for regenerative medicine.
