Marleen earned her PhD in Gastroenterology from Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. She brings extensive leadership experience in the life sciences sector to ReGEN Biomedical, having held senior roles at organizations including TNO, Danone, Abbott, BioConnection, Eurofins BioPharma, Cerba Research, and Ardena.

With a strong background in both operational leadership and commercial strategy, Marleen has successfully partnered with high-demand clients across multiple stages of drug development.
