Dean Bal

Dean Bal is the Senior QA Associate and Biosafety Officer at ReGEN Biomedical. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of quality systems and biosafety practices. Dean gained experience in both manufacturing and QA within GMP clinical environments. His background on the production floor provides him with a practical understanding of daily laboratory and manufacturing workflows, enabling him to combine hands-on operational experience with QA oversight. Through this perspective, he helps bridge the gap between QA and the rest of the organization while maintaining high standards for safety, compliance, and product quality.
