Dr. Tom Mastenbroek

Tom is the operations manager of ReGEN Biomedical. In this role he has been involved since the start of the company and takes care of the day-to-day running of the company. He focuses on stakeholder management, IP, collaborations & partnerships and the translation of research projects towards commercial implementation. Tom has been awarded a Ph.D. (Dr.) degree from the University of Maastricht in the field of blood platelet-induced vascular remodelling. He is currently finalizing an executive MBA education to strengthen his inherent multidisciplinary activities. Before joining ReGEN Biomedical Tom was program manager for four major public-private research programs for RegMed XB. Tom is an energetic and positive addition to the team and is at his best when he can simplify complex organizational challenges, bring people together and transform diffuse opportunity into concrete plans.
